We do not offer refunds on items, however we do accept exchanges for products that are returnable. Before purchasing we can provide you with measurements for the garments and tell you how they fit to ensure that you are going to be happy with the sizing of each product.
However if you still want to return then item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags remaining as we will not accept exchanges if tags have been removed and re-added to the product. We have the right to reject a return should the garments arrive back in a different condition to what we sent out. We will be able to tell if an item has been worn, washed, damaged or tampered with as quality checks are carried out on every item prior to dispatch.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return and we will inform you on the next steps necessary for your return.
Our returns period is within 14 days and anything over this time will unfortunately not be accepted. Return using Royal Mail trackable service as the return process is the buyer’s responsibility and we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will always end up back to us.
A gift code with the full amount is offered once the order arrives back to us (excluding delivery). This will enable you to choose anything available from our website. A gift code for the remaining balance will be given to the customer if exchanged items are less than the original order price.
